
- HPI: 30M with acute chest pain
- Cath: 100% circumflex lesion
- Key ECG: Inferior ST elevation, with reciprocal ST depression in aVL. This is highly suggestive of inferior MI, though does not meet millimeter criteria for “STEMI.” There is also ST elevation in lateral precordial leads V5 and V6
