- HPI: 30s M p/w 12 hr chest pain radiating to jaw
- Cath: Culprit lesions of the mid and distal RCA each with 95% stenosis
- Key ECG: Inferior hyperacute T-waves, with negative hyperacute T-wave in aVL. The lateral leads also have minimal STE and hyperacute T-waves.
