- HPI: 20-something man with chest pain after extacy/ETOH use
- Case: Pt went into VF arrest and was unable to be recussitated. Autopsy showed proximal LAD thrombus with 100% occlusion
- Key ECG: Terminal QRS Distortion: no S-wave or J-wave in one of leads V2 and V3 (in this case, V3)
