
- HPI: Middle aged man with chest pain x 48 hrs
- Cath: 100% mid LAD occlusion which was stented.
- Key ECG: There are QS-waves in leads V1-V3, and a QR in lead V4. It looks like anterior LV aneurysm, however the T/QRS ratio is greater than 0.36 in V4 (4mm/4mm = 1.0)
