- HPI:40F with CAD s/p LAD p/w chest pain
- Cath: 100% in stent thrombotic re-occlusion of LAD
- Key ECG: There are hyperacute T-waves in V1-V4, ST elevation in V1 and V2, and ST depression in II, III, aVF, V5 and V6. This is suggestive of LAD occlusion.
