
- HPI: 35F with sudden onset epigastric pain
- Cath: ostial LAD occlusion, opened and stented; EF 35% post-cath
- Key ECG: T-waves in V2 and V3 tower over the entire QRS. Early repolarization always has prominent R-waves in V2-V4. This is not early repol.
