- Cath: prox LAD 99-100% thrombus filled occlusion
- Key ECG: There are hyperacute T waves in V2-V5, I, II, aVL. The STD also present in V2 completes the description of de Winter T waves (hyperacute T wave with depressed ST takeoff).
