- HPI:40F with sudden chest pain
- Cath: 100% Obtuse Marginal Occlusion (supplying the lateral and posterior wall) with TIMI-0 flow.
- Key ECG: very subtle ST depression in V3 and V4, and new subtle ST Elevation in V5 and V6.
